The Coach Conversation (“we,” “us”) provides digital training products and coaching services by Jon Kludt. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these terms.

Purchases & access

The COACH Kit is a one-time purchase granting you a personal license to the materials. Team Training and Coaching are recurring subscriptions billed monthly until cancelled. You may cancel subscriptions at any time; access continues through the paid period.

Refunds

The COACH Kit is covered by our 30-day “Better Team” guarantee — request a refund within 30 days for a full refund. Subscription payments already incurred are non-refundable, but you can cancel future billing any time.

License & IP

The COACH framework and all materials are the intellectual property of Jon Kludt. You may use them within your own organization but may not resell, redistribute, or republish them. EOS® is a registered trademark of EOS Worldwide, LLC; this product is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by EOS Worldwide.
